My home was sold, and I had no place to stay with my wife and 3 kids as my bond for a new home was not approved. The saga started, I applied at Nedbank (the one I bank with), ABSA, FNB, Standard bank and I waited for three weeks before they were declined. My friend, a policeman, said I should phone SA Home Loans and make an appointment of which I did at the Cascades branch. The application was done and believe it or not, in THREE days my bond was approved and now I own the home of my dreams. I must say, the service from start to end of the legal stuff was the most professional I have ever had.
