My aunt bought a house in 2000 and in 2007 she passed away. When she passed away she had a bond with SA Home Loans. We had to settle the bond from our pocket because she did not have insurance [Bond Protection Plan]. Unfortunately for us no one had money to repay this bond. We all say God works in mysterious ways I got employed the same year my aunt passed away. I kept paying the bond by hand until it was transferred to me. Thanks to SA Home Loans the bond was easily transferred to me without facing any difficulties. I am now proud to say I'm a Home Owner. Ngiyabonga mina
