I shared my dilemma of looking for a home loan with my colleague, who was manipulative. She gave me a business card of one of the consultants at SAHL which in return I had to loan her some money which I struggled getting back. Thats how I learned about SAHL. I called the number on the business card but the person who was written on the card was not available only to find that this was a blessing, and then I spoke to a dedicated lady who was willing to assist and was patient in every way. The application was done but I didn't qualify on my own for a home loan and had to find a co-buyer. I had to ask my uncle to assist me and it was not easy since he was based in Tzaneen, and he had to travel from Tzaneen to Gauteng and lots of faxing had to be done for paper's to be signed. I also had a task of convincing my uncle to get the loan with him and assure him that he will nor incur any expenditure. The loan was approved and believe me, it was so difficult that at some stage I wanted to give up. Looking at the travelling expenses, the strain and stress of travelling to get the documents signed by my uncle. The support and patience I received from SAHL consultant was amazing and I am really grateful to SAHL because I am a happy and proud Home Owner.
