I decided to take on the adventure of finding a home, at the tender age of 23 years old. I had never moved out of my parents house, and was too cheap to rent. I went into the market all bright eyed and bushy tailed, and it was a long hard journey. The first house whose offer to purchase was accepted, a cash buyer came in (at the last minute) and swooped it from me. This was a blessing in disguise. I found my little apartment, a few months later, and the whole finding a bond process began. I originally had an Ooba consultant who was tirelessly trying to help me get the bond rate that I needed, but it was not looking good. Eventually, at the 11th hour, she referred me to SA Home Loans, and my consultant Rowena took the reins. Now 25 years old, I have moved into my own apartment, at an affordable interest rate bond, AND at the rate I needed. I was treated very well, and all the clauses and fancy wordings were explained in layman terms. I have recommended SA Home Loans and Rowena to anyone who was interested. Very happy :)
