My wife and I wanted to buy our own home after about 6 years of renting in someone elses place and realising that we wasted money. We went to various financial institutions to let them assess our financial muscle and tell us how much we would qualify for. We were told to go look for a place and come back with an offer to purchase. We thought that didn't make sense. We proceeded anyway and some lady told us she could help us apply with SA Home Loans. Perhaps they had a different approach to assisting applicants, we thought. So we went for SA Home Loans. Within 2 days they had already approved the loan in principle. Weve never been this excited. After two more days SA Home Loans requested further financial statements from us. We began to worry, they didn't look that good and eventually our application was declined. I thought it was the end. The consultant from SA Home Loans called us the same day to tell us that he would motivate on our behalf. He did that and by the next day, our loan was approved. It was a journey we wouldn't forget. I pray that SA Home Loans prosper more and more.
