Johan Hammes, a man of great integrity. when I switched from another bond provider in 2010 to join SAHL as my bond provider, this gentleman was very helpful. He treated me with utmost respect and it did not feel like he was just interested in gaining a client just for his own benefit or commission only. He made me feel like I am important. Last year in 2014, I sold my house and moved to my present one. He was still my bond agent because I hunted him down. He provided me with all the info I needed and satisfied all my questions. So I am still satisfied with SAHL except one thing....at my age, [66] I need to negotiate ways to ease the burden of high monthly bond payments and high rates with SAHL. Otherwise I am content with the service.
