After moving out of my parents house, when I was renting I thought about where this rental money was going to. I knew that my landlord was paying of his bond and it's when I decided that I should have my own house and start to pay off my own bond instead of helping out someone.

I was 24 years old and began my search to find out how to go about getting a home loan. Thankfully SA Home Loans approved me and offered me the best interest rate I could ever hope for. So, here I am owning my own home, at 25 years of age!
