We had been looking for a new home for at least 12 months, but never finding the perfect place. In July 2017 we found 'The One'. The perfect home to start planning our little family. Our offer was accepted and so we began the dreadful process of bond application. We applied through a bond originator at all the major banks, but our application was a disaster. The banks just made a mess of everything. After huge amounts of frustration, tears and fear of losing the house - we decided to give SA Home Loans a bash. She was very encouraging and did everything she could to ensure a successful application. Within 2 or 3 days we had our bond approved. We had 2 of the major banks come back and offer us a home loan too (after messing up a few times), but the service and assistance we got from SA Home Loans sold us. And we signed on the dotted line. We love our new home, and thanks to SA Home Loans - buying our home was made possible in an efficient, friendly and helpful manner.
