I am single and decided to purchase a flat. I had tried other banks and bond agents before I saw and heard the ads for SA Home Loans but was sceptical as everybody was giving me the run around and the process was becoming a bit frustrating. I had nothing to lose so I gave them a call and SA Home Loans certainly exceeded my expectations, and made the purchase of my flat as seamless as possible and to top it off they gave me the best rate compared to other banks(when they eventually did get back to me).
