Key Responsibilities:
- Motivating applications and assisting with query handling for consultants
- Coaching and mentoring sales consultant
- Assisting consultants with deal structuring
- Assisting with Marketing ideas and corresponding with stakeholders involved
- Keeping the sales consultant positive
- Corresponding with regional manager on all aspects relation to the sales team and region
- Communicating with regional manager on day-to-day activities
- Conducting presentations
- Dealing with other consultants’ clients if needed
- Tracking lead generation
- Ensuring the region is well marketed by the respective team

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Matric
Experience
- 5 year of home loan sales within SAHL
- Senior / Executive status
- Excellent knowledge of the Gauteng region
- Presentation skills a must
- Exceptional knowledge of SAHL credit policies
- Successful lead generation record
Generic Competencies:
- Strong Admin skills.
- Exceptional time management.
- Meticulous and organized.
- Strong client service focus and good telephone etiquette.
- Preferred: experience with high volume application processing.
