I would like to share a very different story. I recently had a insurance claim declined after two assessments. But I do not want to talk about how I felt when my claim was declined. I want to talk about the claim agent named Camelen Naidoo. He is one of the most professional persons. During the entire process, he would inform me of the reasons for rejections and the process I can follow. He made me feel that I am not a number and a client of SA Home Loans, but instead he made me feel that I am part of the SA Home Loans family. We could talk about my claim and even sports. I could share with him a negative experience I had last week when I got defrauded with almost R3500 on my credit card. Camelen could give hope again.
