I experienced some credit issues due to being out of the country for a long time. South African Banks do not even consider me for a Home Loan. I was referred to SA Home Loans by someone from Betterbonds. I was assisted by Kenneth Hanna who was not only professional but very patient with me. I was really dragging the whole process of getting my paperwork together, but Kenneth took me through it, step by step. I secretly wondered if he has other customers or if he was only dealing with me. He had all the time for me. He will return my calls at all times. I will send him emails after hours at times only expecting a response the next day, but I will get a response straight away. He is just a caring person who is always available to make other people's lives better. I am so grateful for the service I received throughout this whole process. Kenneth did not only assist me with the home loan but he actually went as far as advising me of what I will need to do in order to make sure I do not get frustrated with monthly instalments.
