The odds were against us when we applied for a bond. We had just moved here from the West Rand and even the 'bond finders' were not very helpful. Eventually I applied myself directly to SA Home Loans and it was granted. It took 9 months for the seller to get his things sorted and SA Home Loans kept the bond for us. Thanks you guys are great.
