I would appreciate it if someone at your customer services department could contact me. I have been trying to apply for a further advance on my home loan and irrespective being able to provide an investment of more than R 200 000 as security, they are still unwilling to try and accommodate. Considering that we have been SA Homeloan clients for some years now, it just baffels my brain that SA Home loans would rather loose me as a client, unfortunately my next step.!
