SA Home Loans are nothing else than crooks! Read below and disagree? This is simply ridiculous! Good day Fran, I dont understand this at all. The property has 6 garden cottages which generates a total of R 22,200 rental income a month. We send the initial rental lease agreements to confirm this. This is the main reason we are buying the house, because of the huge income it generates and we will be able to pay the bond off earlier. The assessor was there to inspect the property. Surely he must have seen ALL the garden cottages? What is meant by they picked up the 4 cottages? It was suppose to be included in the original application. Can I please have the contact details of the application and credit departments supervisor? Im not satisfied with this answer; somewhere, somehow someone did not do their work proper here.
