We were first time home owners and we totally clue-less as to where to start. We went to go look at a properly and loved it. Our agent submitted our detail to all the banks. I always heard about SA Home Loans on the radio and how people were happy with the service they received. I contacted a person by the name of Gary from the PE branch. We made an appointment for the Tuesday evening. He came and he explained everything that we needed to know about a home loan and we were at ease. My husband and I even decided that even we got a bit of a higher interest rate that we wanted SA Home Loans to be our bond provider. Not only are they sufficient, they are friendly and always help you to understand. We have been with SA Home Loans since 2002 and will never turn back. I have referred our friends to them. Whenever I hear of people buying a property I always refer them, not only cause they have the best interest rate but the service you receive is unbelievable and they just have that mind at ease that no other bank has(for me).
