I applied for a home loan but after paying a deposit I was declined as I borrowed money before my home loan was registered - this dropped my credit score. It stressed me and almost destroyed my life, but my consultant remained professional, never gave up on me and waited for me. I was given a time frame to pay up all the money, but it elapsed. I thought I had lost it, but a good person lent me that money, paid up the money I borrowed. I then got a message that I was back on track. Still to register my place was a hassle, eventually, it was done.
My biggest lesson - I have learnt to never borrow money before your home is in the process of being registered as it will ruin your credit profile. Now, I am happy and enjoying the luxury and dream with no stress. Thank you, SA Home Loans, for your patience.
