Me and my late husband bought a house in 2014. At a later stage we struggled to pay our bond. They never demanded for payment in a rude way. They walked with us all the time. In 2019 my husband got very sick and passed away in 2019. I was worried about how I would pay my bond.  A week after my husband died, I sat at my desk at work and I phoned SA Home Loans to tell them that my husband had died. They sent me papers that I needed to fill in and I emailed it asap. The next day, they sent me an email informing me that the insurance on the house had paid up all the debt that we had. I cried that day reading my email. Thank you, keep up the good work!
